Someone is using my pictures, again!!!

So this is what is going on...
the user ~JalehMinau is using my photos, saying that the photo is a self-portrait. You can see the photo in

Can you believe this??? How can people do this?? Why they use the work of other people to promove themself.
I'm so sick of this...i'm thinking very seriously to remove all my pictures from deviantart...
